There's probably some truth to it because 52toys have stopped selling the OG color schemes on their Tmall, despite having seemingly an endless supply of the Elites, neither color schemes aren't exactly the most popular to sell out.
>>10008611I have the Elite version, and as mentioned it doesn't feel like any of those pegs are going to break like what I've seen of the OG version online. However, there are still many fine rivets and swivels, and mine came broken with one of the wing tips missing. I can't tell if it was broken in the factory or because my package got squashed.
