I had Kreon Jackpot be some pseudo-villain in the shared mining/financial city between the Autobot/Decepticon cities (they're politically divided after a moreso peaceful independence/separation thing.
(the differences are exacerbated by religious differences, colonization due to false scarcity promoted by the likes of Jackpot and ((Ratbat)), an an arms race that shouldn't exist during peacetime, and eventually attempted assassinations/murders of Megatron and Sentinel bring the city states into open conflict)
