I'd be fine with tsurugi having a soft skirt but the ones max factory make are pretty shoddy and it'd be a bit of a hassle to find a replacement because her skirt is stylized with tatters and red blood
if only they would follow aniplex and use a similar fabric to the buzzmod bocchi rather than just reuse the same skirt as like the sukeban or arcueid figmas then I'd be 100% on board
