Shouldn't be too bad. For web exclusives, you'll usually get them at or even a little below MSRP. Convention exclusives are usually marked up a little (especially right after the convention), but even then it's a modest mark up; around 1000-2000JPY. Just depends on the popularity, or the perceived popularity.

Sometimes convention exclusives will actually go down in price the older they get. For example I got the 2014 Tamashii event exclusive Banshee Norn for 4500JPY, when it was originally sold at the convention for 7000JPY.
