Hasbro ML have always had the gem among rocks since the beginning (AIM Soldier mold, Pizza Spidey, etc). Though I'd say the phrase 'generally excellent' is a bit of a stretch. All female figures still have sub-par articulation. There are still weak, phoned-in releases like Paladin and Lasher. Still rampant qc issues. I would say the ML line as a whole could be labelled as 'generally acceptable' before 'generally excellent'
That being said, I have no doubt in my mind that Hasbro could handle a Power Rangers Legends line better than BoA's Legacy line. On all fronts; QC, sculpts, articulation, and BAF engineering
