>>8182153thanks, I'll go with the factory finish, probably start with gloss black, slap on decals, paint on the red, then finish with the right matte or semi-gloss finish. I bought two so I'll use the better of the two as the gift. I'll just apply the same to the F117 nighthawk.
I really like this lesser known schematic of the SR-71 with the drone, might do that one for myself. I also have the 1:144 Saturn V to build for fathers day so I will have a lot to do in the next month.
