>>8580015>This image againCapeshit movies are dying for a lot of different reasons (People not giving a fuck about the MCU after Endgame, oversaturating the market with MCU films/TV shows, WB's inability to make a good comic-book movie/franchise over the last decade), but the toys not selling is definitely not one of those reasons. Likewise, comicbooks are dying due to a constant push for new events every few months, constant reboots/Issue #1s/introduction of Legacy characters instead of actual new blood, but the real reason why comics are dying isn't because of toy sales or movie synergy or pandering to an audience that doesn't read comics. The real reason why comics are dying is because it's easier for a new reader to grab the first volume of a manga than it is to figure out what the best point to start reading Superman across his 80+ years of being in comics.
