Because too often, I buy a thing now at full price only for it to be available aplenty everywhere for dirt cheap, or I wait and it's sell out in a flash and the only way to get it after that are from Ebay scalpers. It's really a toss of the coin. Now my rule is simple. If I really, REALLY want a thing, for sure, I don't wait. If I have a sliver of doubt, I wait. And if I miss it, it's no big deal.
