So finally I got pic related, and I have to say, you guys were universally RIGHT about shockwave.
>leg articulation
We knew it was gonna be shit, we also know he didn't do much footwork, he's about as bad as the master grade unicorn gundam (for those that have him, specifically the ver ka) but to compensate the movement they DO have allows him to act like a big stompy giant.
>colors
The promo shots are a tad darker than what the actual plastic is, I suspect limitations in plastic molding color as the painted diecast bits are SLIGHTLY better, but still not quite there, clearly painted for consistency
>the eye color
Why couldn't they ram an led in there, or better yet a painted eye would of damn well helped, but we know it may affect articulation, speaking of...
>the neck joint
managed to get it to stop flopping in, but I attempted to really lock it down and next thing you know OFF WITH HIS HEAD and I got scared for 5 mins, kinda glad it didn't have leds in there, what wasn't fun was trying to pop it back onto a joint that keeps moving, ended up ramming the neck assembly back IN and popping the back on BACKWARDS, he's fine now but I won't force that head around much
Overall he's like the bulk of my collection, a reflection of my shit taste accepting shit figures and finding love that no one else will.
I know one thing I love, far easier to transform than my generations stuff, needed to find the manual for my gen galvatron but done shockers here straight up blind.
Anyone else unironically love shit figures, really tempted on mp ratchet but not keen on ironhide
