>>8530375The main part of the baku-gear attaches by magnet and the smaller bits attach using the hexagonal ports. Obviously since core Bakugan open up with the magnet at the base, the main baku-gear piece can't attach. All Armored Alliance Bakugan have baku-gear ports and the smaller weapons an attach to any of them.
Sadly the ports are slightly under 5mm so Transformers weapons don't fit. That would have been sweet.
