I'm from /co/ where for about half a year now some of us have been working on an idea for making our own 80s style cartoon/comic with a toyline. You know like He-Man, Transformers, Thundercats, TMNT etc.
Early on we had an anon who made some toyetic designs using Heroforge that weren't really what we would want a finished design to look like but it was still helpful for us have an idea of what a physical product would look like. But since then we really haven't gotten much work done on the toy side of things and we've been doing a lot more story ideas and a few drawings.
So I'm here now because I'd like to learn a little about the process of designing and creating your own action figures.
What is a way that I can get started? What materials should I get first?
