Amazon for normals and drops cause if you stalk the page sometimes you can snag a restock for like VH or Howliday when she was huge. Always check your shipping package type though per VH casualties.
Target is huge meh. Never scored anything except Target exclusives there.
Walmart is actually a sneaky good find going online but it's a gamble. I got Creeproductions and the Reel Drama ones at normal or close to normal price there online, they'd swing back and forth on if they'd be there months later and I scored Two Dracs a Lagoona and a Clawdeen for Reel Drama all online. HOWEVER the shipping is crap. One Drac was smooshed and the Clawdeen's box is a little eh. But, if you're desperate or don't care about the box, sometimes you can grab goodies.
I used to use Entertainment Earth and they can sometimes get you pre-orders but their shipping and markups are annoying and once they made me go through a whole fucking thing because I was ordering too many dolls (8) and they needed to confirm I was legit
