>>11597186Given the way both halves of the upper arms split on your pic before the fix I can see that yours also has the exact same pieces for both, I guess that the screws are facing different directions after turning around the left arm to the intended position on your copy too.
I think that's exactly what's making the guys at the factory get the position of that arm wrong, they must be using the way they screw both halves as a guide but that ends up with one arm reversed.
