Finally finished moving! Never want to do that again, haha. Had one mishap when a box of toys fell over and there were a couple casualties, but fortunately all my RDs came through the move unscathed. Unpacking is going to take forever, though.
Got payment requests for the DX Chogokin VF-31A and the RD Gelgoog over the weekend, which was rad. Has anyone gotten a payment request for the Metal Composite Wing Gundam yet?

>>6863801Haven't used Big in Japan, but I've ordered a lot from N-Y. Always got my items reliably from N-Y, and they package pretty well too. They require full payment upfront for exclusive preorders (including shipping costs, and N-Y does not have good shipping rates), which isn't ideal. I did get hit once with extra shipping charges after a preorder came in (for the Hi-Metal R VF-1S Roy, I think), but they've been solid in terms of order fulfillment. Their customer service isn't that great, though. I mean, they'll respond to inquiries, but they won't really do much for you if you do have a problem. I've only ever had to contact them regarding an issue related to their site (and they didn't do anything to resolve it) but people who have had expensive stuff show up broken have reported receiving zero help from N-Y.
I'm trying out MyKombini for P-Bandai orders now; sliiiightly better shipping rates, and you only need to pay 50% upfront.
