Illgar actually did very poorly in All Stars 3.
There wouldn't have been any difference between having only 4 votes to having 6 votes for All Stars 4, since the top 4 were so far ahead of all the other figures.
The reason for the 6 votes is help gauge interest and demand for figures overall, even if they didn't get into AS4.
No official word if we're getting more troll All Stars with alt heads, but it looks possible.
Many People are underinformed on the figure's details; They didn't know Illgar came with an alternate skull head, and that the Silverhorn Sentry wasn't just another dwarf. This probably effected voting, and we should go into more details on what each figure comes with for the future All Stars waves.
The official site is the best place for info on the line. The people working in Four Horsemen themselves will often refer to it if they can't remember something off hand.
