She's one of the big evil faction leader "Four Horsemen" characters. They'll all large, gaudy and extravagant, but neither of the two released are as fun to actually play with compared to just the regular figures. The next one may be more fun since he's not as ostentatious as the others, but the last one, Death, is gonna need a shelf all to himself.
