Long answer is that there are Targetmasters packed in with 3P MPs and Legends figures for Geewun characters and repaints that had them, which means they are either too big or too small for CHUG.
The 3P targetmasters that exist for CHUG are mostly OCs, like those accompanying FPJ's Dinobots, PE's Frumbles/Ratbat/Monkeys or TFC's that turn into OP/Roddy/Megs/Seekers for some reason.
There are also 3D-printed ones like Matrix Workshop's, but it's unrealistic to expect ball joints on those.
