This is a figure made by a brand called Great Toys and actually, this Phoenix is kinda hard to explain.
You see, GT made some big cash by releasing the 5 bronze saints with their V3 cloths in the EX format waaaaaaay long before Bandai even considered them, hell, the official Pegasus V3 just got released like 2 weeks ago or so.
They even went ahead with the golden and original color edition (OCE), which is this awesome orange looking armor for the Phoenix in particular.
Something awesome about these GT figures is that they are 90% diecast, Only the tiara and the feathers are plastic. In exchange, you don't get the skeleton thing to form the constellation of the armor
It also has some issues with the way the feathers are attached to the back, they fall off by merely looking at them, but I think this one is a pretty decent purchase: you won't see this version of Bandai's in at least 2 more years and you bet your ass it will be a web exclusive shit that will go over 300 bucks just because.
