>>6148705There is a way to fix this yourself if NECA CS doesn't help. It's a pain and not necessarily guaranteed, but you'll need a thin screw and a dremmel. You'll essentially be trying to replace the peg with the screw.
Here's an example using an older Predator that snapped seconds after opening the figure. The xeno's joint might be a little smaller, but you should get an idea of what you're trying to do.
Essentially, cut the head of the screw and drill small holes in both joints. You'll screw the screw into one of them - In this case I went with the upper arm, since you'll be gluing it in and you don't want to lock the joint. Do test fits and trim the screw as necessary. Once done, glue the screw into the joint and let it sit over night. Then, screw the lower arm onto the screw and, if done right, you should have a working joint again.
