My GI Joe Vs Cobra (2002 - 2005) and 25th+ GI Joes (2006-2016?) are still in perfect condition though.
Both the GI Joe general and 1:18 have never posted any problems with their non-O-Ring 1:18 joes having problems.
Probably the only lines i can think of made in the past 10 years that have aging problems are Revoltechs and Ori Toys' Acid Rain line. Revoltechs with plasticizers weeping and changing colors. Acid Rain with crumbly plastic, which i haven't expereicned, but people have posted their toys having this issue.
