>>6141758Yeah them ending up too thick and yellow was definitely something that happened a lot. I ended up mixing goldenrod, white, a cool toned burnt umber, and the tiniest bit of a reddish brown sienna color and watered it down like crazy. I made two puddles, one cooler and browner, and the other more yellowish and then tried to alternate the hairs a bit. It ended up working out so i'm happy.
>>6141905Thanks anon, I do like painting dolls, but not for other people. Plus I make a lot more with my job now so its just not worth spending my only days off from work slaving over someone else's doll for only $60 bucks. Even if I was getting paid $100 its not really worth it anymore.
Anywho, worked on my Neil again today, and I think he's about done. I'll look him over tomorrow to decide if he's ready to gloss or not.
