That being said, while Tokullectibles is usually overpriced garbage, 290 for the RAH isn't awful, since the MSRP is 30K yen.
Of course, whether the figure is worth it to you is a different subject. I don't own any of these, so I can't help you there. Felt the price needed some clarification though.
(as far as articulation goes though, I do know it's sort of limited, if only based on how high he can raise his arm for his signature pose...)
