The interesting things about the figure is the retractable hoodie string/vine. It's there so Decidueye can sorta do its signature makeshift bow and arrow using its feather arrow accessory.
Elbow articulation is only at a 90 degree bend and there's no hinge wrist joint. To make matters more difficult, the hood limits arm articulation further. You can sort of make it work though because there's a space on the "bow tie" to move the bow "string" a little. Decidueye's fingers make it tricky to hold the string and arrow too. There is a groove on the right hand to hold the arrow a little easier. Legs have ball joint hips, backwards bird knees, and feet can rotate. Arms have shoulder and elbow joints, shoulder, hand, and forearms can rotate.
