Random soldiers bump time. I found bags of these at a store called Blokker back when we lived in Brussels, there were green, grey and yellow and about a dozen of each per bag. Can't say I've ever found them in stores again, though I've gathered a number of green in slightly different scale from flea market buys.
They were originally an Airfix set made in 1/72 scale, I have one somewhere with my 1/72 stuff. These guys were upscaled and a lot of the details were lost along the way, they also dropped a couple crawling poses from the originals and they're slightly smaller than average army men. I remember being so thrilled though when I first bought them, the poses include many firing guys and they were obviously meant to be commandos of some kind (US paratroopers actually), they were my go-to guys for dangerous missions behind enemy lines.
