In an ideal world I'd envision a Mini Modular line as mostly two story buildings sort of representative of what you'd find on like the main street of a small town, released in waves of four buildings that you could combine together into a unique building that resembles a traditional modular in terms of size and complexity.
Also if you were really crazy, you could theoretically take 4 of the same building set and combine it into a modular sized version of that individual building.
