It was originally released in the Power of the Jedi line, which was essentially POTF2 but with better sculpts and a little more articulation, those angle cut swivel elbows and knees were a genius way of implementing articulation and preserving sculpt. The only drawback is they only look good in the two positions.
The figure also saw re-releases in the Saga series and Original Trilogy Collection.
