There's a strong suspicion they may do a few other characters that were originally intended for FSS and con sets in the rest of the attendee sets for this year's Joe Con, in place of doing vehicles, ever since they stated explicitly that they were doing something else instead of vehicles this year. But who knows? It might just be useless new troop builder shit?
