Guess who actually bought into the Revoltech line when it first came out?
IT was finally nice to have a Japanese toyline doing Japanese properties with good articulation, but man, it was heavily flawed and 6 years behind what western toy companies were producing.
It was an exciting time to be a collector, but it took years for Japanese companies to produce something that matched what i was already buying. Even then, the lines were severely overpriced for what they actually produced. $20 for something that was basically a worse GI Joe, but again, it was an improvement over what Japan had been producing before.
