Just opened my almost $38 (after tax) OMG Kitty K doll, and she is shit. The hair and cloths are a total mess. The hair is so messy that it looks like it was styled by a toddler, and the buns that hold her pigtails are all tangled up, and whole strands are coming out of the knot. Her bangs are all over the place, Her outfit is extremely badly sewn. We're talking loss strings all over the place, outfit splits due to not being sewn well. The bottom of her bodice is wrecked because the sewing machine folded the bottom point of the bodice and now the non silver side is permanently facing up. The glitter on the lips is missing glitter on almost 30% of the lips.
This crap is going back. I could almost forgive some of the issues if it was still at it's normal $26.99 price point, but not when it's almost $40. I don't even care about having an extra outfit. I just wanted the doll. Not sure If I'm going to try again and get a different one tomorrow. Now that I know how to open the box I might just open up a few at the store so I can actually see the doll. I didn't even wanna go out tomorrow.
