Mandarake can be okay if you're looking for Polynians after they've released, usually they go quickly after POs finish with some exceptions. Amazon is there if you really want to get some of the older Polynians but there the latecomer tax is absurd.
Amiami seems to be currently the worst site for Polynians available as of writing, both HLJ and Hobbysearch have more polynians available right now. If you're okay with boys I'd recommend picking up an Emil from Hobbysearch, he's sorely underrated and very cute.
