But the mafex one will be out either end of this month (or will be pushed back 1-3 months because of their backlog). So I'd say just wait till the Mafex one comes out and see how the reviews are.
I do have the DCC figure and he's really good (as long as you only have him standing straight up). I don't even notice the awkward crotch articulation much.
