Starting to work on a base out of styrofoam for a 1/700 USS Tuscaloosa. I hope the waves aren't out of scale, I used a lighter to create them rather than having to sand down styrofoam. I'm probably going to try and sand them down as they do seem pretty large and our of scale so far, I need to sand down the styrofoam anyways to make it more flat and less bumpy.
