>>8803729Source? TRU's meltdown started in late 2017 and concluded early 2018; 2018 was the year we got the sets with Germans so the timing is about right. Still, like the other anon pointed out, they could've released it under different conditions. When the Halo line was just a year or so old they were doing Target-exclusive "Red Team" sets but as this was before Target made its brief foray up here, the sets were released in Canadian Walmarts. Can anyone identify any CoD set that was a definite TRU exclusive? The Halo line did a number of them over the years but I can't think of a CoD set, other than perhaps the Legacy Heroes 16-pack that could've been one (never found it in stores, only Amazon), though again things might've been different in the US.
The DFE'ing of the two German soldiers sets is too much of a coincidence though, something deeper is going on.
