You can argue articulation and paint but ultimately 2.0 SS3 Goku is still awkwardly proportioned because its based off a single panel from the debut of the design and is one of the first 2.0s. And ultimately they both look like toys anyway so the lack of paint on the dS isn't even that big a knock against it.
