Apparently they're selling them in gashapon machines like this because they had huge amounts of overstock...which makes absolutely no sense to me because the retail skellies are still relatively expensive on the aftermarket.
I dunno. It's cool I guess, but imagine how much it would suck to get just B and C set repeatedly.
Also, as someone who bought them retail, it's not a bad deal. It's an awesome figure and I feel like it was worth the price. If we don't get access to these I would still recommend you guys pick some up. The pronounced, jutting jaws are my favorite part of the sculpt, makes them look like gashadokuro.
