The plastic doesn't feel cheap and all the pieces fit together as they should. There aren't any issues with parts pegging together. The joints are all satisfactorily tight (none too loose).
I'm happy I got it!
Some might complain about the rubber tires, but I haven't run into problems with any of mine yet.
