>>10204901>do you really think GW consider the minis to be the end all be all of what's canon in Warhammer Of course he doesn't. The guy's just a Joytoy shill and he's been making up excuses since last thread to explain why Joytoy doesn't care about making the toys to scale.
If Joytoy had made them into furries, he'd claim furry fanfiction as being correct, because Joytoy is giving the majority of fans what they really want.
He's been constantly moving his goal posts after each of his points has been refuted. 1st pretending source books don't list the heights. Then pretending there's no art in the source books that show the marines. He then claimed the source book and models are the same. Then pretending Joytoys figures are totally based on the models, despite them not having the chibi proportions. Above this all, they didn't even know that Joytoy is making Space Marines that are different from the old school SMs that had been around since the 80s.
Constant goalpost moving, which makes it sound like they knew NOTHING and have only been learning based on what I've even been posting.
>>10204922No one's said perfect scaling. Ive repeated that people just want BIGGER marines. Again, the models are just a representation of what's actually happening and has never been about accurate scaling. Every fanboy knows this.
What you're saying is just your strawman, because you're a Joytoy employee and need to excuse Joytoy's failure at scaling toys and charging more for 4.5" figures than Japanese companies charge for 6" ones.
Again, Games Workshop finally introduced bigger figures over 6 years ago, to appease fans who have wanted that for over 30 years, yet Joytoy comes along tiny Space Marines
Your entire last point is shit, because tons of companies don't have a problem making scale toys. Hiya makes
>it's easy to write in novels that characters are 20' tallSure is illiterate dog who hasn't read the source books or canon novels. They're pretty clear on their heights.
