If you fuck up, this stuff dissolves in Windex, so you just have to soak the piece for a few seconds and then rinse it clean. I would advise against dipping a head unless you don't mind it being extra-shiny.
Make sure you use this specific product and not another brand. This stuff also works well to fix scratches and dings in transparent pieces.
