The only biplane in Transformers I'm pretty sure.
I'm not an expert so I can't comment on how well realized it is. There's some transformation stuff gunking up directly in front of the pilot's seat which I doubt is true to life.
Other than that he looks great. The marron and gold fuselage is a neat combo, along with the red and gold trimmed tail end.
The weathering on the wing is a nice touch. But the real stand out feature of the alt mode are the decepticon insignias.
For weaponry all Ransack has is a little machine gun and a couple cute bombs. Air superiority wasn't quite was it is now back in the day.
