>>7319524>>7319529These erasers are best in most situations, because you're abrading the printing off the surface of the piece. If you use a chemical that eats away the printing (like nail polish remover), it will also eat away the plastic.
The only time you need metal polish is when you can't remove it with an eraser. In that case, the metal polish (I recommend Brasso) is just abrasive particles in suspension and the liquid is just the medium they're contained in, so it's not going to melt the plastic.
