And stores like Targets follow planograms, because every store is structured to look as close to one another as possible. This means they should also carry 99% of the same products too. This is why two Targets in my own city looks nearly identical to 6 other ones in the cities around my own that looks identical to ones in other states I've been to. The one Target that looks like a department store is probably just a test store. The one in the ghetto in my city might also be unique or it could look like Targets in another city's ghetto that i'd never want to go to because those ghettos actually look unsafe.
