>>6594513This has been my personal experience when return defective vhs, dvd, or blu rays for almost four decades now. I've been collecting movies, and action figures since the mid 80s. Every now, and than I'll bump into a disc that wont play or skips do to the disc being lose in the box. It doesn't matter if I bought the movie at Best Buy, Walmart, K-mart, Target, Toys R US, or even Circuit City or Blockbuster when they used to exist. Whenever I've returned a dvd all stores have rip open the plastic shrink rap of the new replacement dvd or bluray. What really sucks is that they will use blunt objects like their nails, pens or even box cutters to not only break the shrink wrap, but they will also peal off the white security seals on the dvd box itself. I've had family members, and friends who have told me they've had this happen to them as well in the past. And before you think it no I don't live in a bad area.
