>>7734732I’m the same way. Ever since I was little, the toy-only characters were the ones i liked the most, especially with Beast Wars. Hell, even some of the Diaclone and other redecoed MPs like Exhaust and Artfire were irresistible while the originals left me dry. Hell, most of the beloved figures from NEST/HftD/RtS were toy only designs. I fee like the designs that start with the toy that then gets adapted to other media turn out better than the other way around.
Shame it’s more often the other way around.
