>>10047149Is he worth the deluxe price? I don't really think so but few of these Black Series figures have been. Like before, he's much lighter than I was expecting. I was thinking he'd be like Paz Vizsla but just by feel he's nowhere near that or even as heavy as Dengar is with his backpack on. Posing him is pretty easy and nice though. Feels very similar to Q9-0. I haven't had any trouble getting poses and he has decent range in the torso and head given the design. The shoulders aren't really hindered by the pads because they are both very flexible and are just plugged into the armor so they rotate out of the way. Biggest issue I have with it is the swappable hands. The pegs on the wrists are TINY. They're like the same size as what's on the Mafex Spider-Man so I'm a bit hesitant to swap them out very often in fear of them just stressing and snapping off.
I'll say the detail and sculpt on this version is very nice though. I only bought one just to have one for Din Djarin to fight so if I were to get anymore, I would either wait for them to go on sale for $20-25 or just continue to pray that Bandai gets off their lazy asses and release a model kit. Just given the design of how they did the armor, if Hasbro really wanted to make it feel deluxe, they could have thrown in swappable shoulder and chest plates with lightsaber damage on them. Pretty sure the jet effects are the same ones that came with Boba Fett too. Hopefully the TVC version feels a little more worth it.
