It's Gillgill (or getem5420 on Twitter). He makes 1/12 resin kits, unpainted, and you need to drill the holes yourself. He doesn't do requests but it proves it can be done. If he can do Artorias who has all those bits hanging off, he can do Black Iron Tarkus.
