>>11240120>... and tail.The tail, at least, can be somewhat fixed if you get the Airazor tail feather upgrade kit and paint it to match. It's not the same one she had on the show, but at least it's actually shaped like a real Magpie's tail (plus the two halves turn into arm-mounted cannons in robot mode, so she actually has some ranged weaponry with the kit to boot).
Sadly, there's no fixing the tiny head, stumpy wings, and her overall small size in general (she really needed to be a Leader-sized toy to scale accurately, but they'd never waste a leader slot on such a literal who character).
Flawed as she is, I still love her and am happy we at least got one official toy of her (excluding the little blindbag figure that they put out years ago - that doesn't count).
