>>11206459Dry tip with that paint combo should be rare. Clean the airbrush and try thinning the paint some more. Keep going thinner until your performance improves. I use the same paint/thinner but I'm spraying very thin at around 17 psi. The size of your airbrush needle will change where the sweet spot is for you, too. See how smooth the gradients are in the pic? If you're getting a gritty spray pattern instead where little specs of color are showing up at the edge of your spray, you should thin some more.
