As far as quality goes your mileage may vary, I've noticed they've recently started to tighten up connections as well as print "enli" on the studs of many pieces, trying to up their game with the increasing number of competitors.
Most of the sets of theirs I have were from before this change and tend to be flimsy in several ways, minifigs are cool and many of the colors are close enough to be interchangeable. I've found their weakest area is technic pin connections, I think every single set I have with them has Lego pins instead.
