Check out this Swamp Thing playset. It's a hollow hill with foam on the top for "quicksand" and an elevator, the tree had a snare you could catch other figures in, then you swing them over and drop them into the flytrap.
It's even more basic than the Fright Zone, but I got a lot of use out of it due to it's versatility to be any find of swamp or jungle environment.
