Technically the 6" Selects are a non-scaled line, but 95% of them so far (all but Lucario and Greninja) have been pretty much as close to being in scale with everything else as we can expect from Jazwares. Making canonically small Pokemon the same size as others in the 6" line is just a bad idea. Look how well the SHF Pikachu sold. Even if its technically not a scaled line, the majority of buyers expect and want them to be in scale.
